DAC Qatar operates a fully equipped in-house laser and CNC cutting facility — one of the core production capabilities that sets us apart from standard signage and fitout contractors. Our cutting machines serve both our own fabrication projects and external clients across Qatar, enabling faster lead times, tighter tolerances, and consistent quality at scale. Whether you need a single component or a high-volume production run, we deliver precision-cut parts ready for assembly, finishing, or direct installation.
What We Deliver
Metal Laser CNC
Steel, stainless steel (brushed and mirror), aluminium, aluminium composite panel (ACP), galvanised iron (GI), brass — up to 10mm thickness.
Acrylic Laser CNC
Clear, coloured, frosted, mirror, and fluorescent acrylic in all thicknesses commercially available in Qatar.
CNC Wood Router
MDF (all densities), plywood, solid timber, HPL (high-pressure laminate), composite wood boards — any commercial thickness.
Panel Saw
MDF, plywood, Forex (PVC foam sheet), foam board, HPL — straight cuts with precision squaring.

We support one-off prototypes through to large production runs — with fast turnaround, digital file processing (DXF, DWG, AI, PDF), and full quality checking before dispatch.
